Final Animation feedback, reflection and improvement

Salut! I just finish my presentation this afternoon, so as promised, I will be sharing those audiences feedback with you guys. Above are all the feedback I got for my final animation presentation today.  As for reflection and improvement on my own animation, I expect I can get smooth movement for my characters, but unfortunately, I still need to improve on those skills. Also, I will try and learn to improve my basic drawing skills as per suggested by one of my respondents.  Alright, that's it from me about Animation project, will update you guys again for another interesting topic (If God willing). Final Animation

Types of Animation software used in movies

Salut! Hi everyone, Today I'm going to share about different types of animation software used for movies that we have seen. There are many types of software, but I will share just the few of them. 1. Autodesk Maya (Figure 1): This software used for 3D modeling, rendering, and animating characters and its environments. One example of famous movie using this software is "Frozen" (2013). Figure 1: Autodesk Maya. 2. Pixar's RenderMan (Figure 2): This is a rendering software used to create photorealistic images in CGI and it is developed by Pixar Animation Studios. But why is it important to have principles for creating animation? 1. To show the audience the realism and believability of the characters created. 2. To create consistency and as guide for animators. 3. As a visual communication that can convey desired messages, emotions, and storytelling. 4. To reduce time-consuming by providing techniques. 5. Hi all! Bonjour!! In the last posts, I have been sharing so many things on animation. In this post, I will be sharing about types of animation. Do you guys know that there are many types of animation? Let me share with you guys some of them.  1. 2D Animation : This 2D animation show movements of flat characters and object in a two-dimensional world without depth. Example Movie: "The Lion King" (1994) - This Disney classic uses traditional hand-drawn animation techniques and it's in 2D (Figure 1). Figure 1: The Lion King (1994). 2. 3D animation : This 3D animation also known as Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI). This animation type show characters and objects in 3D which can be rotate 360 degrees.
