Types of Animation software used in movies
Salut! Hi everyone,
Today I'm going to share about different types of animation software used for movies that we have seen. There are many types of software, but I will share just the few of them.
1. Autodesk Maya (Figure 1): This software used for 3D modeling, rendering, and animating characters and its environments. One example of famous movie using this software is "Frozen" (2013).

2. Pixar's RenderMan (Figure 2): This is a rendering software used to create photorealistic images in CGI and it is developed by Pixar Animation Studios. Example of famous movie using this software is "Toy Story" (1995).

3. Adobe After Effects (Figure 3): Besides known for motion graphics and visual effects, this software also used in animation, especially for 2D animation. For example, "The Simpsons Movie" (2007).

5. Blender (Figure 5): This software is an open-source 3D computer graphics software, and it is free. Blender used for creating animated films, 3D models, art, visual effects, and more functions. "Next Gen" (2018) is one of the movie examples that using this software.

6. TVPaint (Figure 6): This software is one of favourite software for 2D animators and for its hand-drawn capabilities that have been used by many traditional animators. Example of movie is "Ernest & Celestine" (2012).
